Order Processing Time

Once you place an order with us, our team works diligently to process and prepare your package for shipment. Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay in processing and any orders places after 2PM PST will be processed the following day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

Change of Shipping Address

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we only offer shipping to a single address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Fees

For most orders, we offer free standard shipping. However, expedited shipping incur additional fees. The exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
